Progesterone-antagonistic and anti-oestrogen active compounds for common use for female contraception

Using of at least one compound with progesterone- antagonistic properties (PA) and at least one compound with anti-oestrogen properties (AE), each in a dose that would not in itself inhibit ovulation, in a single dosing unit, in order to prepare medicaments for female contraception. The mentioned medicaments expanding their contraceptive action based on receptivity inhibition, by preventing nidation of a fertilized egg cell in the mucous membrane of the uterus, without ovulation or the cycle being disrupted. Použitie najmenej jednej zlúčeniny s progesterón- antagonistickou (PA) a aspoň jednej zlúčeniny s antiestrogénnou (AE) účinnosťou, vždy v ovuláciu nepotláčajúcej dávke v jedinej dávkovej jednotke, na výrobu liekov na ženskú antikoncepciu. Uvedené lieky rozvíjajú svoju oplodneniu brániacu činnosť na základe potlačenia receptivity, keď sa zabráni prichyteniu oplodneného vajíčka v sliznici maternice bez toho, aby bola narušená ovulácia, prípadne cyklus.ŕ
