Zusammenfassung: | For the preparation of 3,5-dimethylphenol by catalytic demethylation of 3,5,5-trimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one in the gas phase in the presence of a metal or a metal alloy as catalyst, an 3,5,5-trimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one containing process stream is guided through reaction zones that contain said catalyst, whereby the reactivity of the catalyst varies in the reaction zones and the process stream between these reaction zones is thermostated in zones that do nor contain any catalyst, whereby the residual 3,5,5-trimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one is greatly reduced, and the yield of 3,5-dimethylphenol is increased.
Pri príprave 3,5-dimetylfenolu katalytickou dimetyláciou z 3,5,5-trimetyl-2-cyklohexen-1-ónu v plynnej fáze za prítomnosti kovového katalyzátora alebo katalyzátora z legovaného kovu sa vedie procesný prúd obsahujúci 3,5,5-trimetyl-2-cyklohexen-1-ón reakčnými zónami, ktoré obsahujú katalyzátor odstupňovanej reaktivity, a zónami bez obsahu katalyzátora, ktoré ho tepelne stabilizujú, čím je dosiahnuté významné zníženie obsahu zvyškového 3,5,5-trimetyl-2-cyklohexen-1-ónu a zvýšenie výťažku 3,5-dimetylfenolu.ŕ |
