REACTOR FOR PERFORMING PHASE REACTIONS

The solution of the reactor described in this patent used to provide phase reactions, reactions between gas and liquid with a liquid discontinue disperse gaseous phase, while the cross-section area of this reactor is divided, in the horizontal plane, so that it creates partial areas and in these partial areas the medium flow is provided upwards, in a vertical direction approximately, in the other partial areas downwards in the vertical direction approximately, and the reactor is equipped with the disperse elements for dispergation of liquid phase, while a suitable location of these elements is in the partial areas only, and this solution s based on this principle, that the dispersive elements are created by disperse sieves (13) with a free surface, a cross-section area of which is lower, than 60 percent and a middle distance of sieves (13), of each other, corresponds to the value of their diameter multiplied by 0,5 up to 1,5, in the case the shape of the sieves (13) is different of the annular one, the diameter value is considered the diameter of the annular sieve with the same surface in the partial areas of the reactor (1) with the flow (8) directed downwards, where the heat exchangers (9) are located. This reactor (1) is equipped with air jets (6) for inlet of light discontinue phase to the reactor (1) in the area disperse sieves (13).
