Zusammenfassung:	This patent describes the micro-organism strain called Penicillium chrysogenum CCM 8197 (NMG-FOOK 31) able to reach a high level of the production. This micro-organism strain was gained based on the selection of mutants created when acting mutagens and phenoxy-acetic acid to the spore at the submersion cultivation. As a result of the subsequent passive selection, the strain called Penicillium chrysogenum CCM 8197 (NMG FOOK 31) producing more than 35 000 IU PEN V/ml for 168 hours of cultivation was gained in the flasks, at the temperature of 25 Celsius degrees, when flowing air simultaneously.
