Zusammenfassung:This patent describes indenoisoquinoline derivatives with a general formula (I), having antitumor effects, where n means the integer variable with the value of 0 up to 5, together with the procedure closed to their preparation based on the condensation of indeno[1,2-c]isocumarin or 1-methoxy-2-(2- -methoxycarbonylphenyl)-1-inden-3-one with N-(2- -hydroxyethyl)alkylendiamine, while hot dimethylformamide is present. The next one method closed to the preparation of these compounds is a condensation of 6-(n-chloroalkyl)-5,11- -dioxo-5,6-dihydro-11H-indeno[1,2-c]isoquinolines with ethanolamine, while dimethylformamide and anhydrous potassium carbonate is present. These new derivatives can be applied for preparation of antineoplastic curative facilities used for healing of malign neoplastic mammal diseases.
