ACTIVE COAL IN SHAPE OF THE SOLID BODIES AND PREPARATOIN METHOD THEREOF

Active coal having a shape of the solid bodies, extrudates especially, is created based on the carbon substance related to carbon black, the suitable kind of it, is carbon black increasing as the supplementary product, when the partial oxidation of carbon raw materials is provided, and this carbon black contains 2,5 percent of impurities mostly, the specific surface is 180 up to 950 m2.g-1, the total volume of pores is represented by the value closed to 0,2 up to 3,5 cm3.g-1, the middle radius of macro pores is closed to the value of 10 up to 15 nm and the edge modulus is closed to the value of 1 up to 30 N. This active coal is being prepared based on the carbon black which is mixed with water solution of alkaline and / or ammonium salts closed to at least one macromolecular polycarbon acid and the paste is created, containing 5 up to 60 weight percent of macromolecular polycarbon acids, after having dried, the created past is formed so that, the above mentioned bodies are prepared, which are being annealed at the temperature of 473 up to 1273 K, for 0,5 up to 6 hours, while the atmosphere of inert gas is applied, or the additional quantity of water steam or oxygen is added, and after that the subsequent processing is provided.
