Zusammenfassung: | The polymeric medication consists of an inert synthetic carrier connected with a molecule having biological activity and a specific determinate with the use of amino acid or peptide spacers and this connection is allowed to contain the transversal bonds. The nested chains of the specified polymer can be created based on the connection using the transversal bonds. The polymeric units closed to N-(2-hydroxypropyl)- metakrylamide, 55 up to 99,7 molar percent are used as the polymeric carrier. Monosaccharide or oligosaccharide linked based on the amide bond to the peptide spacer is suitable to be used as the determinant. The polymeric medication can be prepared based on this principle, that N-(2-hydroxipropyl)metakrylamide co-polymerisation is done either with N-metakryloyl peptide or with p-nitrophenyl ester of that, while the final co-polymer is undertaken to the reaction with a reactive bio-active molecule, reactive determinant or the diamide nesting facility, while the ester or amide bonds are created.
