Zusammenfassung: | Object of this solution is a method of production of water- -soluble foils on the base of a modified polyvinylalcohol with a different water solubility. The foils are produced by blowing technology so that polyvinylalcohol is dosed into a rotating feed worm placed in a heated chamber. Behind a cooled input zone material is rapidly heated up to 200-240 degrees of Celsius, then the temperature of the zones gradually decreases up to a nozzle, where the temperature is 170-210 degrees of Celsius; next, melt is extruded through a circular nozzle, cooled by air and blow to a required size. After folding, the foil passes through a climatizing chamber and then is winding. Water soluble polyvinylalcohol foils can be used for special applications in health service, chemical industry, for food packing and alike. |
