HYDRAULIC BLOCK OF PISTON AND PLUNGER PUMPS

Hydraulic block of piston and plunger pumps, mainly high-pressure, consisted of body (1), in which is located and sealed the plunger (4), high-pressure seal (22), dust seal (25) and suction valve (5) and delivery valve (6). Inside the body (1) is in middle part created the annular partition wall (101) on which is from one side located sealing knot (2) and from second side valve knot (3). Sealing knot (2) consists of at least in series located leading box (21) of plunger (4), high-pressure seal (22) fitted in sealing bush (23), low-pressure dust seal (25) and seal matrix (26). Valve knot (3) consists of united valve bush (31), inside which is created working space (311) with saddle (312) for locating and bearing of suction valve (5), and on which external surface is created the fitting (313) for bearing and locating of delivery valve (6). Working space (311) and delivery space (314) is connected at least by one discharging outlet (35) in valve bush (31), which is in body (1) fixed and sealed by lid.
