Zusammenfassung: | The complex arrangement for effective reduction of raw material moisture consists of a diffusion chamber (20) with a conveyor (11), which has a hopper (13) with a hopper closure (21) at the inlet and at the outlet it has a space (23) for accumulating material with a closure (10), followed by a transfer buffer chamber (9) and an intermediate chamber (1), the conveyor (11) passing through the diffusion chamber (20), the part of the conveyor (11) passing through the diffusion chamber (20) having a set of the diffusion openings (12). An intermediate chamber (1) comprises an upper dome valve (2) of the intermediate chamber, which is the apex of the dome oriented to the inlet of the intermediate chamber (1) and a lower dome valve (3) of the intermediate chamber, which is the apex of the dome oriented to the outlet of the intermediate chamber (1). The outlet of the intermediate chamber (1) is connected to a permanent vacuum chamber (4). The outlet of the permanent vacuum chamber (4) is connected to a constant pressure chamber (5), which has a dome valve (6), which is the apex of the dome oriented towards the outlet of the permanent vacuum chamber (4). The outlet of the constant pressure chamber (5) is connected to a discharge chamber (7) which has a dome valve (8), the apex of the dome of which is oriented towards the outlet of the constant pressure chamber (5). The diffusion chamber (20) is included in the recirculation circuit (17) with heating together with a condensing exchanger (15), a blower (16) and a heating exchanger (14). The diffusion chamber (20) has an inlet deflector (18) and an outlet deflector (19) which abut the perforated walls of the conveyor (20).
