Zusammenfassung: | Penicillin amido hydrolase is extracted from the microorganisms cells by the effect of non-ionic tensides, from the line of alkyphenyl polyethylene glycoethers or in combination with guanidine and its O- and S- analogues and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid or its salt under the temperature 4 - 50 C during 0.5 to 24 hours. These substances are added to aqueous suspensions of the cells in amounts that their concentrations in suspension were 0.1 - 2 % wt., 0.05 - 1.0 mol.dm(exp)-3, resp. 0.01 - 0.1 mol.dm(exp)-3. Under the said conditions penicillin amidohydrolase is extracted from the cell structures to the outer environment with the high activity and extract. |
