Zusammenfassung:	Novel compounds of formula (I) are described herein. These compounds inhibit the production of Tumour Necrosis Factor and are useful in the treatment of disease states mediated or exacerbated by TNF production. The compounds of the present invention are also useful in the mediation or inhibition of enzymatic or catalytic activity of phosphodiesterase IV and are therefore useful in the treatment of disease states in need of mediation or inhibition thereof. (I) Tu so opisane nove spojine s formulo (I) Te spojine inhibirajo nastajanje faktorja tumorske nekrozein so uporabne pri zdravljenju bolezenskih stanj,ki jih posreduje ali poslabsuje nastajanje TNF. Spojine v smislu izuma so tudi uporabne pri posredovanju ali inhibiciji encimske ali katalitske aktivnosti fosfodiesteraze IV in so zato uporabne pri zdravljenju bolezenskih stanj, pri katerih je potrebno njeno posredovanje ali inhibiranje.
