Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to superfine-fibre non-wovens and paper-like products, which consist of fibrous flake materials made from glass-like hardened, reactive low-molecular resin melts suitable for polymer formation. On reaching a resin-specific fibre fineness, a consistent polymer formation and/or functionalisation can be triggered by means of targeted, subsequent external action of fluid or gaseous reactants or catalysts. The invention also relates to a method for producing the superfine-fibre non-wovens or paper-like products, in which reactive, low-molecular resin melts are extruded in gaseous media with high gas speeds and temperatures above the melt temperature of the low-molecular resin melts and the resulting superfine-fibre structures are warped and split such that a flake formation occurs. The flakes are deposited to form non-wovens or paper-like products. The reactive low-molecular resin is converted into a duroplastic resin by means of heating and/or the influence of catalysts.
