Zusammenfassung:	The invention solves the problem of monitoring, hand moving, body and head position together with breathing by learning of swimming and breaststroke and butterfly swimming styles practicing. The invention comprises main EPS plate (1) with vertically fixed mirrors (3) glued on the carrier plate (2) made of EPS. The main plate has an opening for a line (4) which serves for pulling the aid before the swimmer with a speed synchronized with the speed of the swimmer. Pripomoček za učenje in vadbo plavanja rešuje problem spremljanja, gibanja rok, položaja telesa in glave ter dihanja pri učenju plavanja in vadbi plavanja v prsnem in metuljčkovem slogu, Sestavljajo ga osnovna plošča iz stiropora (1), na kateri je vertikalno pritrjeno ogledalo (3), ki je prilepljeno na nosilno ploščo (2) iz stiropora. Na osnovni plošči je odprtina za vrvico (4) s katero se pripomoček vleče pred plavalcem s hitrostjo prilagajeno hitrosti plavalca.
