In the related invention the method and machine for a super absorbent and filtering material production from fibers obtained from the seeds of Populus trees are described. The shape and application of the final product is described as well. Predmet izuma je hidrofobni super absorbent za čiščenje vodnih in trdnih površin in filtrni material za filtriranje vodnih emulzij izdelan na osnovi vlaken iz semen dreves vrste Populus ter postopek in postrojenje za njihovo pridobivanje Absorbent in filtrni material po izumu vsebujeta hidrofobno oleofilne mikro cevčice z zunanjim premerom s mikro metra ter povprečno debelino stene nm katere so sestavljene iz celuloze hemiceluloz lignina in sledmi pepela Stene cevčic so prevlečene z naravnimi voski saharidne enote kateresestavljajo steno pa so acetilirane po stopnji do kar povečuje njihovo hidrofobnost Vlakna iz semen dreves vrste Populus se v urbanih okoljih smatra za nezaželena in se jih uničuje kot odpadek Postopek in postrojenje za pridobivanje absorbenta in filtrnega materiala po izumu je zasnovan na zbiranju vlaken njihovem čiščenju in pakiranju v končni produkt
