COOLING DEVICE WITH SEGMENTAL FLOW DEFLECTORS

The subject of the invention are ribbed segmental flow deflectors made of straight or bent metal bar prisms (figure 4, 7) which must have two parallel faces (4b, c). The segments are fixed to the bottom of the cooling device for water cooling of a power stage (1) of an electronic control unit in order to direct the flow of the cooling medium between the bottom (2) of the plate and the cover (3). Thus they efficiently conduct off heat generated by power semiconductor elements within the power stage (1). Predmet izuma so narebreni segmentni usmerjevalniki toka, izdelani iz ravnih oziroma krivljenih kovinskih palic prizem (slika 4, 7), ki morajo imeti dve vzporedni ploskvi (4b, c). Segmenti so pritrjeni na dno hladilne naprave za vodno hlajenje močnostne stopnje (1) elektronske krmilne enote, da tok hladilnega medija vodijo med dnom plošče (2) in pokrovom (3). Tako učinkovito odvajajo toploto, ki jo generirajo močnostni polprevodniški elementi v močnostni stopnji (1).
