Zusammenfassung: | The subject of invention is a procedure for improvement of properties of high heat and wear-loaded parts made of well electrically conductive materials, particularly products made of copper and strengthened copper alloys, which are subjected to high thermal stress and wear loads during their use. A typical example of such parts is a contact nozzle for welding under protective gas (MIG/MAG welding). The invention makes use of good thermal and wear properties of ruthenium which is applied, according to the invention, to parts made of well electrically conductive materials, where the complete piece or only a part of it is covered by the ruthenium coating. By this, the service life of these parts has been essentially increased.
Predmet izuma je postopek izboljsanja lastnosti toplotno in obrabno visoko obremenjenih delov iz elektricno dobro prevodnih materialov, se posebej izdelkov iz bakra in iz utrjenih bakrovih zlitin, kiso med uporabo podvrzeni visokim napetostnim toplotnim in obrabnim obremenitvam. Tipicni primer takih delov je kontaktna soba za varjenje pod zascitnim plinom (MIG/MAG varjenje). Izum izkorisca dobretoplotne in obrabne lastnosti rutenija, ki se ga po izumu nanese na dele iz elektricno dobro prevodnih materialov, pri cemer je celoten komad ali samo njegov del prekrit s prevleko iz rutenija. S temse bistveno podaljsa zivljenjska doba teh delov. |
