Zusammenfassung: | The electromotor drive consists of an electromotor (1), a gear transmission (2), which fits the electromotor (1) gearwheel (3) and at the same time a cogged bar (4), which is aimed at clamping to the washing machine drawer, while all the specified elements are located within the enclosure (5). The drive also consists of at least one limit switch (8) and an electronic assembly (10). The gear transmission (2) is designed as non self-locking. On the cogged bar (4) there are two designed elements (6) applied representing the end markers for shifting the drawer across the central area, while the lever (9) of the limit switch (8) detects one element or the other (6). The electronic assembly (10) includes a terminal for an external pushbutton (11) for manual triggering of the closing or opening of the drawer and repeated closing of the open drawer after interruption and removal of any obstacle, an element (12) for measuring the overloading of the electromotor (1) and element (13) for determining the time interval during the electromotor (1) overload phase.
Elektromotorni pogon je izveden iz elektromotorja(1), zobniskega prenosa (2), ki ubira z zobnikom (3) elektromotorja (1) in hkrati z zobato letvijo (4), ki je predvidena za vpetje v predal pralnega stroja, pri cemer so navedeni elementi namesceni vohisju (5), nadalje iz vsaj enega koncnega stikala (8) in elektronskega sklopa (10). Zobniski prenos (2) zasnovan kot samonezaporen. Na zobati letvi (4) sta izvedena dva oblikovana elementa (6) kot mejni oznaki pomika predala v srednjem obmocju, pricemer vzvod (9) koncnega stikala (8) tipa en oziroma drugi element (6). Elektronski sklop (10) vsebuje prikljucek za zunanjo tipko (11) za rocno prozenje zapiranja oziroma odpiranja predala in ponovnega zapiranja odpiranja predala po prekinitvi in odstranitvi ovire, element (12) za merjenje preobremenitve elektromotorja (1) in element (13) za dolocanje casovnega intervala v stanju preobremenitve elektromotorja (1). |
