Zusammenfassung: | The invention is based on the problem how to design a pump for providing the circulation of cooling liquids of internal combustion engines which would allow to adapt the flow of the cooling liquid into individual cooled motor areas as required and to at least some extent optimize the motor operation, in particular from the aspect of fuel consumption. According to the invention there is a bypass (16) in the basic part (11) of the pump enclosure (1), which is on one side hydraulically connected to the pressure area (15) and on the other to the intermediate pump area (17), which is located between the specified base part (11) of the pump enclosure (1) and rotor (2), more precisely its back side (22). In the described bypass (16) there is an integrated valve (18), which is in the illustrated example installed at the very entrance to it from the pump pressure area (15). The rotor (2), which is in a standard way equipped with radially distributed blades or wings (210) on its front side (21) is also on its back side (22) equipped with radially distributed blades or wings (220).
Izum temelji na problemu, kako zasnovati črpalko za zagotavljanje cirkulacije hladilne tekočine pri motorju z notranjim zgorevanjem, s pomočjo katere bo mogoče dotok hladilne tekočine v hladilna območja motorja prilagajati vsakokratnim potrebam ter na ta način vsaj do neke mere racionalizirati tudi delovanje motorja, še zlasti npr. z vidika porabe goriva. Po izumu je v osnovnem delu (11) ohišja (1) črpalke na voljo obvod (16), ki je po eni strani hidravlično povezan s tlačnim območjem (15) in po drugi strani z vmesnim območjem (17) črpalke, ki se nahaja med omenjenim osnovnim delom (11) ohišja (1) črpalke in rotorjem (2), natančneje njegovo hrbtno površino (22). V omenjenem obvodu (16) je vgrajen ventil (18), v prikazanem primeru na samem vstopu vanj iz tlačnega območja (15) črpalke. Rotor (2), ki je sicer na običajen način na svoji pročelni površini (21) opremljen z radialno potekajočimi lopaticami oz. krilci (210), je tudi na svoji hrbtni površini (22) opremljen z radialno potekajočimi lopaticami oz. krilci (220).ŕ |
