CONTINUOUS ROTARY FILTER IN THE PRODUCTION OF ROCKWOOL

A continuous rotary filter in the production of rockwool with an inlet channel for technological air leading from a collecting chamber and an outlet channel for cleaned air leading preferentially to a flue consists of an interior (1) and exterior cylinder (2) and telescopic pipes (9) with suction mouths (8) and spraying nozzles (12). The interior cylinder (1) and the exterior cylinder (2) are rotating synchronously in the opposite directions. The telescopic pipes (9) are movable axially along the whole active surface of the rotary filter (3) and wear the installed suction mouths (8), spraying nozzles (12), and blow-out nozzles (13). Kontinuirni rotacijski filter v proizvodnji kamene volne z vstopnim kanalom tehnološkega zraka iz zbirne komore ter izstopnim kanalom očiščenega zraka prednostno v dimnik sestavljajo: notranji valj (1) in zunanji valj (2), teleskopske cevi (9) s sesalnimi ustji (8) in pršilnimi šobami (12). Notranji valj (1) in zunanji valj (2) rotirata sinhrono v nasprotnih smereh. Teleskopske cevi (9) so aksilano pomične po celotni aktivni površini rotirajočega filtra (3), nanje pa so prigrajena sesalna ustja (8), pršilne šobe (12) in izpihovalne šobe (13).
