Zusammenfassung:Lifting is performed by a winch-powered rope (24, 25) which is guided along a multiple swivel arm (21) and which carries the holder (14) at its bottom end. The arm should form a free cantilever and includes at one end a first arm (22a) hinged to the tank body plus a further arm (22b) hinged to the far end of the first arm element (22a). The arm (21) swivels in the horizontal at tank roof level (10) and the rope (25) runs through the swivel arm (21) to descend vertically at the free end of this (21) all under power of a servo-winch (24). The holder (23) comprises a receiver to take the shell (14) being lifted plus a locking device which locks the shell home or releases it as required, preferably in the form of an adjustable spring loaded locking bolt. Winch movement is controlled by an infrared sender fitted to the holder to work with a receiver on the winch itself. The holder is fitted with a main handle and a second handle which extends or folds out from its retracted setting within the holder.
