Zusammenfassung:	A vacuum heat insulator 1 includes: a core 1 composed of a laminated body in 5 which a plurality of sheet-like fiber assemblies 3a are laminated; and an outerpackage 2 covering the core 1, and having a reduced internal pressure, and a perforation 9 in which non-processed portions 9b and slit-like processed portions 9a are alternately and continuously arranged is formed in each of the sheet-like fiber assemblies 3a in the core 3. Thus, the shredability of a vacuum heat insulator 10 applied product is enhanced when the product is recycled, the core 3 of the vacuum heat insulator 1 is not entangled with iron scraps and the like which are valuables, and it is possible to improve the recyclability. In addition, the core 3 does not fall apart during production, and it is also possible to improve the productivity. 15 Fig. 1
