[Solution] A pudding which comprises a milk protein concentrate and/or skim milk as the starting material(s) thereof, has a nonfat milk solid content of 7 wt% or more and a fat content of 9 wt% or less, and has a color difference (L value) of 72 or greater, and a method for producing the same.
