Zusammenfassung: | AbstractAn online charging method and system based on user's trafficAn online charging method and system based on user's traffic are provided, which is applied to Business Operation Support System Business Operation Support System, pre-allocates the amount available to the service based on the history of the traffic of the user's such service with the usage times slide window technology, so as to realize the online charging function, resulting in the decrease of the inverse computation times from the amount of the money to the amount available to the service during online charging, improvement on the charging efficiency, the allocation of the initial amount available to the service to the user's usage habit as consistent as possible, decreasing of the anticipant interaction times between a service control network element and the online charging system during online charging to a constant and the reduction of the complicated pressure of the online charging system; the reduction of the computation complexity in virtue of computing the subsequent amount available to the service in this session through the index backoff algorithm with the threshold, and the improvement on the utilization rate of the idle service resource in virtue of re-allocating the reserved balance of the account according to the usage of the system resource of each service in the service system. In addition, the method of the present invention may be directly applied to the conventional online charging system. |
