A includes a printed circuit board having a first contact and a second contact, a space transformer comprising a hole plate having multiple holes and a first lead wire, a second lead wire, a third lead wire and a fourth lead wire with flexibility and deformability to the hole plate, a first conducting layer, a second conducting layer, a first contact pad and a second contact pad arranged on the bottom surface of the hole plate, the first lead wire having its two ends respectively electrically connected to the first contact and the first conducting layer, the second lead wire having its two ends respectively electrically connected to the second contact and the second conducting layer, the third lead wires having its two ends respectively electrically connected to the first conducting layer and the first contact pad, the fourth lead wire having its two ends respectively electrically connected to the second conducting layer and the second contact pad, the third and fourth lead wires being inserted through the holes of the hole plate and respectively electrically connected to the first and second contact pads, and an electronic device located on the bottom surface of the hole plate and electrically with the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer.
