TREATMENT OF FUNGAL INFECTIONS

There is provided a composition comprising an antibody or antigen binding fragments thereof. The antibody is specific for at least one epitope of hsp90 from an organism of the Aspergillus genus. The composition also comprises the antifungal agent posaconazole or caspofungin.
