Also provided are methods of treating a human individual having multiple myeloma that comprise administering an anti-CD38 antibody in 28-day cycles, wherein the anti-CD38 antibody is administered on Days 1, 8, 15, and 22 of a first 28-day cycle, wherein the CD38-antibody is administered on Days 1 and 15 of every 28-day cycle following the first 28-day cycle; and wherein the anti-CD38 antibody is administered at a dose of 10 mg/kg or 20 mg/kg. |
