Zusammenfassung:A video quality evaluation method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: decoding a video to be evaluated to obtain an image sequence and audio information of the video to be evaluated (S110); extracting a motion feature vector and a face feature vector in the image sequence, and extracting an audio feature vector in the audio information (S120); constructing a video feature vector according to the motion feature vector, the face feature vector and the audio feature vector (S130); and determining, according to the video feature vector, a quality score of the video to be evaluated (S140).
