The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rotary pile construction method which can prevent damage to a rotary pile. The rotary pile construction method of the present invention includes: a measurement step for measuring pile information including a variation amount of the rotary pile and a rotary torque of the rotary pile, while the rotary pile is rotatably pressed into the ground when the rotary pile that is installed with a blade is penetrated into the ground; a comparison step for determining whether a pile body is normal or abnormal from the relation between the rotary torque and an eccentric amount on the basis of a preset threshold; and a control step for controlling a rotary press-in condition of the rotary pile on the basis of pile information, wherein in the control step, the rotary torque of the rotary pile is controlled to be reduced, or the rotation is controlled to be stopped or reversed on the basis of the result from the comparison step.
