Zusammenfassung:	A disposable absorbent article (1) comprises a front waistline region (11), a rear waist region (12) and a crotch region (13) therebetween, wherein two sides (111) of the front waistline region (11) are respectively connected to two sides (121) of the rear waist region (12) to form a waistline opening (14), and two sides of the crotch region (13) extend to the front waistline region (11) and the rear waist region (12) respectively to form a pair of thigh openings (15). The front waistline region (11) and/or the rear waist region (12) are/is provided with at least one extensible region comprising at least one layer of elastic mesh fabric and at least one nonwoven fabric layer. The waistline region of the multilayer composite structure has uniform elasticity, good extensibility and compactness, comfortable wear and good breathability.
