Gas on a raw water side is conveyed to a pure water side by means of the air pump (6), and raw water is changed from a liquid state into a gas state. On the pure water side, steam is changed from the gas state to the liquid state. Also disclosed are a pure water preparation method, a seawater desalination method, and a seawater desalination device.
