Zusammenfassung:	FASTENING PRACTICE DEVICE, FASTENING PRACTICE METHOD, FASTENING PRACTICE PROGRAM AND FASTENING PRACTICE SYSTEM An improvement is achieved in worker's technique of fastening 5 bolts and nuts. A device comprises a plurality of bolts (4-1, 4-2, ...4-N) disposed in a manner enabling fastening of the bolts, an axial force sensor (sensors 10-1, 10-2, ...10-N, a load cell 24) detecting an axial force (F) applied to each of the bolts, and a comparison means 10 (an information processing device 12, a PC 28) correlating identification information of the bolts with the detected axial force to compare the detected axial force between the bolts. As a result, bolts and nuts can be fastened with an appropriate fastening force, and the safety of fastened parts can be improved. 15 Fig. 1
