Zusammenfassung:	A sanitary valve device and assembly is disclosed herein. In a described embodiment, the sanitary valve device 100 comprises a valve main body 304 having a valve opening 316 for receiving fluid, a discharge opening 318 downstream of the valve opening 316; and a fluid flow channel 320 in fluid communication with the valve opening 316 and the discharge opening 318 and extends to a sealing surface 342 at the discharge opening 318. The sealing surface 342 includes at least one venturi hole 344. The sanitary valve device 100 further includes a sealing flap 346 arranged to move to an opened position in response to the fluid flow to allow the fluid to discharge through the discharge opening 318 and to a closed position in response to suction force created by the at least one venturi hole 344 to cause the sealing flap 346 to be held against the sealing surface 342 to occlude the discharge opening 318.
