Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus and method for changing a state of a connector based on moisture are disclosed. The apparatus can comprise an electrical connector (16) configured to connect to an electrical power source and to power input circuitry (112) of an electronic device (62), the electrical connector being associated with: a connected state such that the electrical power source is connected to the power input circuitry of the electronic device, and a disconnected state such that the electrical power source is disconnected from the power input circuitry of the electronic device; a moisture sensor (17) connected to the electrical connector (16), and configured to sense moisture in the electronic device to which the electrical connector (16) is connected, wherein the electrical connector is maintained in either the disconnected state or the connected state based on the moisture in the electronic device.
