A thermoplastic resin composition comprises 35-85 wt.% polypropylene resin, 10-35 wt.% elastomer, 2-30 wt.% inorganic filler, and 5-15 wt.% resin. The resin has a melt tension at winding speed of 15.7 m/min, of 0.03-0.1 N, and swelling ratio of \-0.8 at 220 deg C, L/D of an orifice of 40 and shear rate of 1.2 asterisk 10 /sec. The time required for the resin until the ratio of relaxation elastic modulus at 210 deg C and relaxation elastic modulus at 0.02 second reaches 0.01 is 5-10 seconds.
