The method preferably comprises the steps of presenting a plurality of sessions on a user interface (UI) of a primary computing device, each of the plurality of sessions corresponding to one of a plurality of projects being managed with at 10 least one task to be completed, and at least one of a plurality of secondary computing devices associated therewith that the plurality of sessions being presented in an ordinal sequence; enabling selection of one of the plurality of sessions to perform activities relating thereto, the activities comprising one of recalling instructions relating to, updating progress and providing data and/or comment relating to the one of the plurality of projects associated with the one of 15 the plurality of sessions being selected; and capturing activities performed under the selected one of the plurality of sessions and at least one comments and/or data provided via the primary computing device and/or the secondary devices as session entries on a session log associated with the selected one of the plurality of sessions, the session log being presentable on each of the at least one of the plurality of secondary computing devices and the primary 20 computing device. The ordinal sequence of the plurality of sessions being presented by the UI is dynamically updated based on one of latest sessions entries being captured by the respective session logs of and progress of the projects associated with the plurality of sessions.
