Each of the cables (110) includes at least one inner conductor (204), a grounding element (208), and a cover layer (112). The cable bundle (104) extends from the backshell (108) through a cable opening (124) at a cable end (120) of the backshell (108). A conductive gasket (134) is held within the cavity (116) of the backshell (108) and is electrically connected to the backshell (108). The conductive gasket (134) extends between the cables (110) and engages the grounding element (208) of each of the cables (110) to provide electrical current paths (138) between the cables (110) and the backshell (108). |
