The invention relates to a hydro-pneumatic pumping installation. The installation comprises two double-acting hydro- pneumatic boosters 2, 3 arranged to contain pistons 5 and 13, respectively, which are arranged to form in the pneumatic cylinders pneumatic chambers 6, 7 and 14, 15, respectively, of variable volume connected to the outlets of each their respective two-position power distributors 35, 36, 39, 40 intended to control the displacement of the piston 5 of the first booster 2 in one direction and in a return direction according to a preset relationship with the movements of the piston 13 of the second booster 3. The hydraulic chambers 8, 9 and 16, 17, respectively, of the boosters 2, 3 are connected to the power 22 and drain 23 main outlet pipelines, respectively, to which an actuating element 1 is connected. The installation further comprises two-position pneumatic control distributors 37, 38, 41, 42 intended for switching the power distributors 35, 36, 39 and 40, respectively. The pneumatic chambers 6, 7 of the first booster 2 are connected through the power distributors 35, 36, 39 and 40, respectively, to the pneumatic chambers 14 and 15, respectively, of the second booster 3.
