Zusammenfassung:	Packaging inset for stacking and poisoning cylindrical bodies especially empty tubes, in a container, comprises a plastics film band with prismatic projections moulded onto both its sides, the projections extending transversely over its entire width. The zenithal lines of the projections are staggered on one side w.r.t. those on the other side that each zenithal line is at the same height equal to half the distance between two adjacent zenithal lines on the other side. Used e.g. for safe shipping e.g. of empty Al-tubes for subsequent automatic filling. Risk of damaging any printed indicia or pictures on the tubes during transport is minimised. The insets as claimed are inexpensive to mfr. and, being lightweight, do not appreciably increase shipping costs.
