Zusammenfassung:	The peptides of the formula I or I' are obtained from corresponding peptides whose lysine groups are protected with isonicotinoyl radicals by elimination of the protective groups with zinc dust in an aqueous solution of a lower alkanoic acid. The starting materials can be obtained by block synthesis from separately prepared peptide segments. The said peptides are analogues of somatostatin and have its biological activity but a longer duration of action.
