Zusammenfassung:	The cement composition contains a) Portland cement with a cement grinding fineness according to Blaine of more than 3500 cm /g containing substantially no calcium sulphate, b) alkali metal bicarbonate in an amount of 0.1 to 2.0 % by weight and c) alkali metal or alkaline earth metal lignosulphonate or sulphonated lignin in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0 % by weight. The weight percentages are based on the dry ground cement. The cement composition has a water/cement weight ratio of between 0.4 and 0.2. The cement composition is produced by mixing its components in any sequence. The cement composition has a long setting time and expands little during setting.
