The process comprises at least one step of reconsolidating the synthetic resin that occurs after the detritylation step. The step of reconsolidating the synthetic resin comprises a first fluidizing step followed by a repacking step. In the fluidizing step solvent flow from the bottom (101") of the column (101) to the top (101'), and in the repacking step solvent flow from the top (101') of the column (101) to the bottom (101").
