Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a new reactor for performing, by means of at least one solid reaction member, biological or chemical transformation, or physical or chemical trapping from, or release of agents to, a fluidic medium, which reactor is comprised of a reactor vessel comprising means for enhancing fluidic shear stress, and a transformation device operatively mounted in said reactor vessel. The invention also provides a kit of parts comprising a reactor vessel comprising means for enhancing fluidic shear stress and a transformation device. Finally, the invention provides a method of using said reactor and/or said kit of parts for biological or chemical transformation or physical or chemical trapping from, or release of agents to, a fluidic medium, by means of at least one solid reaction member.
