Sink under-cupboard with drip protection insert

The sink under-cupboard comprises a bottom plate (2) and two side walls (3,3'). The bottom plate has a hole (8) for an upright conduit pipe (6) from the sink (4) to a waste pipe under the cupboard. The insert (10) has the form of a trough incorporating a bottom plate (11) and a high, U-shaped frame composed of two side pieces (13,13') joined by a rear piece (14). In the trough insert bottom plate is a hole (20) for the pipe, from which extends a slot (21) to the trough rear edge horizontally in the bottom plate and vertically in the U-shaped frame rear piece.
