Zusammenfassung: | The mechanism comprises a chassis with two rear wheels (3) rotatable around a common geometrical axle and a stirrup (9) with a body part (10) parallel to the wheel axle. With the aid of the stirrup body part the brake mechanism is manoeuvrable. Two arms (11) are pivotably connected around a common geometrical pivot axis (12) parallel to the wheel axle with the perambulator (1) chassis (2), each of which has an engagement component (15) extending parallel to the wheel axle. Two brake gearwheels (5) are coaxial with the rear wheels with which they are non-rotatively connected. The stirrup through the effect of its body part is pivotable between a brake position in which the engagement component engages with the brake gearwheels to lock them and thereby also the rear perambulator wheels, and a free position in which the engagement component is moved out of engagement with the brake gearwheels. |
