Zusammenfassung: | A process for deacidifying water in a plant designed for this purpose is described, which plant comprises, on the one hand, a filter medium-containing tank 4 together with a flow-apportioning device 5 which is mounted on this tank, and, on the other hand, a container 10 for deacidified water, preferably a pressure tank, in which process chemical precipitation reactions are used to deacidify untreated water in the filter medium 15 of the tank 4. The process also includes the step, for obtaining a uniform pH in the deacidified water, of simultaneously causing a part of the untreated water to flow past the flow-apportioning device 5 through a shunt 7 having a valve 8, which is adjusted in advance according to the quality of the untreated water, and then be mixed with the deacidified water after the flow-apportioning device 5, and the step, for flushing away impurities present in the filter tank 4, of causing the water to flow in the reverse direction through the filter tank 4 and out through a flushing outlet 19 which is arranged in the flow-apportioning device 5. A plant in which the said deacidification process can be applied is also described in detail. A flow-apportioning device for mounting on the filter tank 4 in such a plant is additionally described, which device comprises a body 18 having an inlet 12, an outlet 13, a pipe 16 which is connected to the inlet 12, a pipe 14 which is connected to the outlet 13, and an additional flushing outlet 19. The body 18 is provided with an external screw thread 21 which corresponds to an internal screw thread 22 in a connection opening in the tank 4. |
