Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions with antiulcer, spasmolytic and local anaesthetic action, which are particularly suitable for oral administration and contain as active ingredient trans-2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)cyclohexyl 3-n-pentyloxycarbanilate or one of its salts with a pharmaceutically suitable inorganic or organic acid and, preferably, the corresponding hydrochloride, together with a physiologically acceptable vehicle and/or an antacid component. The compositions according to the invention prevent at a daily dose of 10 to 200 mg the formation of tumours, inhibit their spread and shorten the duration of healing, the dosage being less than with conventional compositions having the same action. Combination of the active ingredient with antacid substances is particularly advantageous.
