Zusammenfassung:The invention concerns low-alloy, high-strength, weldable steel. This low-alloy, high-strength, weldable steel in this invention is characterised by its constituents comprising the following proportions in percentage weight:Carbon 0.07-0.11Manganese 0.3-0.6Silicon 0.12-0.5Chromium 0.35-0.75Nickel 0.5-0.9Copper 0.45-0.65Molybdenum 0.05-0.14Vanadium 0.02-0.05Aluminium 0.02-0.05 Titanium 0.02-0.05Rare Earths 0.02-0.03Calcium 0.02-0.05while the residue is made up of Iron. The steel with this chemical composition can be used for the production of shipborne and similarly heavily loaded constructions, which are intended to work in temperature in the region of -50 degrees C and under conditions of seawater corrosion.
