Cutout breaker and process for manufacturing the cutout breaker

The invention concerns a cutout breaker (1) consisting of a base plate (3) fitted with a terminal (2), a cut-out breaker coil (5) mounted on this base plate (3), or one or more contact component groups (7) that can be actuated by the cut-out breaker coil (5) as well as a first casing (8) encapsulating a contact breaker coil (5) and the contact component groups (7). At this first casing (8), consisting of transparent plastic etc., a second casing (9) can be fixed or detached. This second casing (9) housing a circuit board (29) provided with electronics constitutes a control unit designed to delay the on/off operation of the circuit breaker coil (5). The control unit is connected via two electric conductors (22, 23) to the circuit breaker coil (5) and via two additional electric conductors (24, 25) with two of the contact breaker's (1) terminals (2). A signal voltage is supplied to the control unit via the terminal (2) from an additional electric circuit in which the circuit breaker (1) is mounted. The invention also concerns a process for manufacturing the said contact breaker. Reference designations refer to figure 3.
