Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The current invention concerns a method for production of steam hardened aerated cement with water repellent properties, in which one prepares an aqueous slurry, capable of expanding and solidifying, consisting of one or several hydraulic binders and one or several silicon dioxide containing materials, pouring the slurry into a mould and after expansion and solidification and if appropriate cutting up the aerated cement obtained to steam hardening. The invention is characterised in that a silicon oil and one or several anionic and/or non-anionic active agents are added to the slurry before pouring. The quantity of oil is 0.05 - 0.75percent calculated on the dry weight of the product mixture.
